I've been here three times now. Each time was great. Not only did Katie wait on hold for 15 plus minutes to find an answer for me she did so with grace and kindness. My 4 year old was getting anxious to go to the library, Katie gave her a pend and paper to write with. I've been to many DMVs and this one is great. Short wait time if any when I've gone. Remember your attitude usually will reflect the attitude you will get back. These people's jobs are hard and unpleasant most of the time. Be kind to one another.

Fast service but really rude staff!!! I only go there because I live nearby.. otherwise it wouldn't be my first choice of DMV! Sometimes I even drive as far as Maplewood just to get the better service and friendly staff!

alot of nice people there, and a couple not so nice (typical people who hate their job and want you to know). so when i go in if i get a snotty person ill walk away and grab another number.

I've been here multiple times for license and title transfers and i have never got a person here that is nice. Every lady working here is rude, very short and not helpful. If you can avoid going to this license center DO IT!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH BETTER STAFF.

I had the misfortune to go in and ask a question about passports, then, after waiting for my number to come up, a rude and unpleasant member of their staff explained to me that there is a "stop" sign out front that says passports are dealt with outside. I felt a fool, I go out to this other desk but there is no "stop sign" nothing to indicate I walked past anything obvious. This lady was most rude and unnecessarily unpleasant. I don't recommended dealing with her one bit, long dark hair, in her 50's.
