I’ve been here a couple of times, and even though I love Forever 21’s men’s offerings, the store as a whole is a study in chaos and mismanagement. The layout is distinct only with the separation of men’s into the front corner, the shoe department, and the registers at the front; I couldn’t even imagine trying to navigate this store searching for one specific item. And you will have to navigate it yourself. The people who work here lack any semblance of customer service - after a recent visit where the pinnacle of my employee interaction was blank staring and blatantly being ignored, I was so frustrated I left and took my business to the much nicer H&M down the way. I’ve worked in retail, I know how terrible it is, but the core of your job is to at least interact with customers, check in occasionally, provide service. You will find none of that at this location. The stars are solely for the extremely good prices and the extensive catalogue. Otherwise, this Forever 21 is quite simply an abject failure as a retail experience.

Nice store and cheap prices, very popular among younger crowd, but needs sort clothing in a better way. My daughter sent me a picture of the sweater she wanted, but was hard to find since they're everywhere. needle in a stack.
