Would NEVER purchase large appliances at this store. The purchase was simple, but delivery and pick-ups were a nightmare. The delivery men delivered a complete kitchen appliance package, but only installed the microwave. I then paid $400 to have a plumber install the rest since I didn't trust the delivery company. THEN, after realizing that the refrigerator had a defect, I went to the store to make an exchange. I was told that the defective refrigerator would be taken away when the new one was delivered. HOWEVER, the delivery company wouldn't take the original purchase. I called the appliance department. First, no answer. Then the associate said he was busy and would call me back. He never did, so I had to go to the store regarding the issue (twice). The sales associate assured me that they would pick it up the next week. They came to my home, but said they couldn't take the appliance. This went on week after week after week. Long story short, not worth the trouble. Around the same time, I had washer and dryer delivered by Lowes..NO PROBLEM whatsoever,
