My overall experience was good, but I didn't like the saleslady grabbing my stuff out of my hands while l looked around. When I was ready l waited on her line while she took forever with a customer. The other person in front of me obviously had a return. I finally looked around, found where she put my stuff and went to a check out that didn't take a year and a day. If I want to unload my merchandise, l will let you know.

NEVER AGAIN! OMG, up until recently I have had some positive experiences in this Macy's and while I never make Macy's my first stop, I've been doing a lot of shopping lately and there is not much else in this Mall. And I started shopping on-line and whatever does not fit, I drop in and return and I always do more shopping when I am there. And then I met 'Dory'.... omg I am never going back in that store. What a piece of work.... attitude, attitude, attitude. I had six items I needed to return. Mostly mail order. And my guess would be I did not do it right for Dory. Even though I had bought eight items of various sizes & colors and knew without trying them all on that most did not fit. So basically these were un-opened items that were in pristine condition. Dory didn't like that. She told me, and I quote "I don't go into people's bag and take items out"!!!!! So not being on her side of the counter, not carrying scissors or a letter opener and being very short & petite, I had to reach over the counter and rip open the bags for her.... And then she got mad at me for ripping open the bags (didn't really know how else to do it??). And then she got an attitude and stood their singing to herself instead of returning the items at which point I took out a nail file and started filing my nails. Did she expect me to stand there twiddling my thumbs and beg her to take the items back? I don't know. But I was done with my first hand when three people came up to the register at once, Dory stopped singing and rang my items. gave and overly sweet 'I am so sorry for the wait' to the three people behind me and exactly 23 minutes later finally managed to return my items. I mean, she just ruined my day. I had so many things I wanted to pick up, I literally took four days off work just to go shopping. And when Dory was done with me, I went home. I'm not going back to Macy's.

Where are all the employees!? Not a single person working in kitchen area. Questions unanswered and i left.
