The refund policy of Forever 21 stinks.  Holiday purchases are not extended and gifts are not able to be returned for refund OR exchange.  Ridiculous.

Cheap prices, even cheaper quality, wear it once then forget about it in the closet until you throw it out

Their customer service is the worst ever. I bought two items that did not fit me, so I wanted to exchange it for another size or get a refund but they said I could not do either, and I contacted them 2 hours after I received the clothing in my mail box. Do not recommend at all. Service is the worst ever.

I will first like to say Carolina, the assistant store manager is the best employee i have ever met in forever 21. She needs to be the store manager, actually the district manager, or better yet quit this horrible place and work for a better company! Both the store manager and the district managers should be fired.  The customer service at forever 21 is terrible, I'm not sure why ppl still shop there. I have filled complaints with the Better Business Bureau and they NEVER respond to customers complains and therefore have a F score rating with the Better Business Bureau in customer service.
One of their cashiers kept my gift card that had a store credit of $10 and both this store and corporate have been giving me run arounds to get my money back. They said they needed to check the cameras, but its going into the 3rd week now and no one has reached out to me. I call almost everyday and nothing has been resolved. I am almost frustrated to the point where if i dont get my money back soon, i will be taking a merchandize of that value from the store. A corporations that's worth billions of dollars can't refund me a store credit of $10 that they stole from me. They are joking if they expect me to just let it go, and i wont. I have receipts and everything to prove the balance i had on the card and they are yet to check cameras and respond to me. I am never shopping at a forever 21 ever again in my life and i advice you do the same. They dont care about their customers! Take it from the better business bureau.
