Went to Finish Line to return a pair of shoes with a receipt, the associate told me that I couldn't return here but had to go to the place I bought it.

I went to the original place with my mom. She told me it was weird how the associate here told me to go return it at original place. The kind woman at the Finish line helped me no problem. When I told them about the situation I faced at Columbia Mall, they shook their heads and told me that the associate didn't want to help me with the return. 

I was allowed to return at this store but the associate here told me other wise.

This phone number goes to Macys. Six long prompts later the auto attendant hangs up. Then called 888 cust service. "Your wait time is 3 min." Ugh. Buying from your competitor. They answered their phone on the first ring.
