Beware of some employees mistreating minorities of other races. Whether making them feel under more scrutiny making them feel awkward.

One person the the register, ans he was slow. Only two sales people handling both sides of the store.  Horrible

I've had only unpleasant experiences when shopping at this location. Half the employees look like they don't want to be there nor help you. I was standing in front of the register waiting for asssitance and the girl Elise didn't even say a word to try to help me, she just stood there and stared blankly. That's the last time I walk into that Foot Locker. They need employees who are willing to help and at least fake a smile when people spend hundreds of dollars in there.

Terrible customer service when you call to ask even the simplest question. The woman who answers the phone hangs up on you in the middle of speaking. Incredibly rude
