Good service! Cheap clothing at cheap prices!

I called asking for an item I saw online and Alisha " the manager" whom wasn't really the manager but decided to play the part did horribly so I had to come on here and say that as a " manager" she failed.  She said they didn't have the item , & for me to check online. Pretty much she was lazy to do her job and very unprofessional. I come to find out the real manager's name is Sara after I called again several times trying to reach back and asking somebody else since I didn't believe Alisha, for some reason something didn't click. Sara the manager was awesome and she told me they had 3 left & was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Thanks Sara you're going places in life. Too bad some of your employees won't follow your lead.  I'll be writing your own paragraph with 5 stars (:  keep up the great job!

I love forever 21 clothing, but the customer service always seems to astonish me. I work in retail so know the proper way things should be. When asking the sales attendants questions they don't seem to know and always seem to run to their manager. They should be trained to know the answer. I have been to some forever 21 stores where the sales girls are rude. That is unacceptable, especially because I am a great customer. I always give my customers great service and so I treat attendants with respect too. I also think their return policy is unacceptable and makes it difficult for the workers. I got an outfit as a gift with all tags attached but no receipt. I needed a size down. I called about a month ago to ask if I could just exchange it. The sales worker said I couldn't return it. I then told her again that I didn't want to return it but exchange it. She then said hold on. Then some other woman, her manager got on the phone not even knowing my predicament. I had to then explain it again. They told me I couldn't. I am not angry that they denied my request, I was annoyed that the sales girl did not know and turned me over to her manager like I was a difficult customer. They should know those things, its a common customer problem. Though I love their clothes, I don't think I will be shopping their soon.

would be much better with 21 men! staff is also slow and lacks knowledge.
