Absolutely love this store. I cannot believe how amazing Kaylee's customer service is. She's sweet, friendly, efficent, quick to pleasing her customers and she is very helpful. I called in to see if she had the faux leather pants I needed for a cosplay and she even found out I had a coupon for $5 off I didn't know about.

I would love to see her in the Auburn mall hottopic more. She knows Customer Sefvice and knows how to provide it very well. She is the type of employee who will make me return to a business for years to come.

Hot topic jeans are the best ! They always fit me right. Found great deals Yess! Love the unique stuff I can find. Wanted to say thanks to your employee Cam for an amazing customer service! All employees seemed nice, happy and welcoming, that's a plus in my book. Can't wait to shop again. 5 stars hot topic !
