I just recently visited the New York and Co store in the Auburn mall and to no surprise, the customer service was atrocious. Today it was a blonde women who was extremely rude to me after I had asked for help finding sizes. From her facial expression to her tone of voice, after speaking with her I did not want to shop in this store again. I have only shoped in this store, in this particular mall about three times. All three times was a bad experience. I will not be shopping here again.

I am so upset with the company changing the Waterford, Ct store to an outlet store. I have always looked online to see what was new and then go to the store and now I am unable to do that. The outlets do not have the same clothing which is a huge turnoff for me. I'm not sure I'll continue to shop there anymore. If I wanted outlet clothing I would go to the outlets.
