I love THIS store they are so kind and helpful. They know me when I come in there and treat me like a Queen. The store is always neat and not over crowded. The experience  there is 100% better than the Roosevelt  Field  Store.

I went to NY & Co in  1 Sunrise Mall, Massapequa, NY 11758, and I had a very bad experience.  As soon I walked in,  a white old lady approached me and harass me through the store.  I couldn't  do the purchase I wanted to do because she kept on following me like if I was a thief.  she even followed me as I was leaving the store.  I felt very uncomfortable.  I never in my life experienced anything like that.  As I was waiting in line to pay she whisper in the cashier ears and then she follow me to the door.  The alarm went off but my bags didn't have any clothes with the alarm.  I strongly believe she had something on her with  an alarm to make believe it was my bags so she can take a look at my bags.  I will never go back to that store.
