The direct parts dept had my order ready to go when I finally found it's location on the second floor of the store.  I realized too late when I arrived on a Thursday that was the one day of the week that dept was closed.  
That said I would definitely use the service again as it is very convenient with only one day lead time.

The customer service is horrible!

Waiting for a delivery no one ever called and when I called the store no one ever called back. 
Went to the store to pick up my products because I was finally able to check online and stated my product was at the store. I was told by someone in the warehouse that no it’s not in. Call tomorrow or someone call. Again nothing I check again and it says it’s at the store. Call the store again I can’t contact anyone at all no one ever picks up the phone. First and last purchase at sears. Horrible!!!

Ordered part to be picked up thenext day and it was ready the same day!  Staff was wonderful on the phone and in the store

Daughter went today to return a pair of men's shorts for size.  Never worn.  Store refused to complete the exchange.  What ever happened to customer service?  It was bought there but she did not have receipt.  I understand if she were looking to return and get money, but they gave her a hard time.  In this era where the retailer is losing customers to the internet, just don't understand how they could NOT take care of their customers.  Now they've lost customers.

Problem with hours 10 to 6pm people have to work, if can pick up from customers pick up. That will be 5 stars.
