Best experience on buying a car ever. There was no pressure ever.we told the salesman Ryan that we were just looking on our way to our home in Picton. On our return trip to Toronto two weeks later we stopped in again to see the car. The salesman Ryan gave us more info on the car and gave us an estimate for our trade in etc. we later called him and confirmed we would take the deal. When we picked up the car the paperwork was already and Ryan went through the warranty on the car plus Ontario Motor sales own warranty which includes 4 oil changes free and free rim and tire insurance for 12 months . Another surprise, the car was filled with gas which is rare from dealers today. The dealer and the salesman exceeded our expectations always being professional and courteous.

This place is amazing. My service advisor Dave is on the ball. He does a great job explaining things to me giving me the best options in helping me to get the best for my vehicle in order to keep me safe on the roads. He also takes great car in my husband's car the same way. Everyone at OMS does it good job. I recommend them to everyone in my circle. There are not enough words to describe the quality of service my mom, and I have experienced over these last few days. Both Granville Bailie and Catherine Clarke went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. It was apparent their focus was not on the sale but rather on making sure we were comfortable. Not only did both deliver such warm customer service, but they answered all our questions and did whatever it was to make sure we were happy. Granville and Catherine, thank you so much for everything. We felt like family and not customers - and that means a lot to us.

Purchased a 2021 Mazda 3 from Sam Bianca and was extremely impressed with the transaction. The amount of reconditioning work that OMS puts into their used vehicles is very impressive. Expertly detailed inside and out including the engine bay, and they really go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Brakes were replaced front/rear pads and rotors, new tires, oil change, air filter replaced even the forgotten cabin air filter was replaced. They also include a 3 month 5,000km warranty amongst other coverage such as wheels and even the key fobs. Highly recommended dealership. Would have no hesitation in purchasing from OMS again even though I live in Ottawa !.

I dealt with Peter Rorabeck and he was a no hassle, easy to deal with no pressure salesman.  He found me both my new vehicles.  Nadia took care of my finance as well as any upgrades and was excellent to deal with as well.  I highly recommend    Peter, Nadia and Ontario Motor sales.
