this usps is regularly mis-delivering packages. it seems they have no leadership in the place to remind them what it means to be professional.

The service at this place leaves much to be desired. A package I have been waiting for from German has been sitting at this post office for over a week. I have received no notification at all of a missed delivery. I had to call DHL just to find out that USPS takes over after a delivery hits the USA. I have been looking for this package for over a week, there has been no notice at all from the post office. They are open when everyone is at work and closed when everyone else gets off. This is really poor customer service.

Rude and legit just hung up on me. Tracking number says my package was delivered to MY DOOR STEP at 1006am and it's not there. I called to ask and the guy said "be patient you'll get it" and hung up on me

Multiple times their drivers have "attempted delivery" to our house on base but "missed" us even though my wife and I have been home. No knock on the door, no doorbell rang, just lazy people not delivering our packages. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Update: They got a girl with bright red hair working there who is nice and has great customer service. Bumped up my review, just because of her. Both times I've had interactions with her, she had been great. My package arrived at this post office and they cannot tell me where the location is. They told me it was forwarded (it was mis scanned) and said sorry, we will deliver it when we get it back to us 😒... I've had a couple pleasant experiences with certain employees, but for the most part the employees aren't personable and one certain postal worker will make you feel like a dummy for asking questions (had this happen when I filled out a wrong form for shipping overseas).
