I called to just ask a question about my car and was cussed out, disrespected, and told if I didn't like it to pay the towing fee and come get it but till then I'll call you. Very unprofessional and makes me feel like my car won't be fixed right.

Great experience, well maintained, service was very prompt, even when questions were asked all details were covered. Sometimes you go to a lot of mechanics and they do not even give you the time of day to even explain what is going on with your own vehicle. Brad and Fort Henry are the place to go when you have transmission problems. I do not know this family and this was the first time I have ever heard of them. Excellent work and would recommend this company to everyone!

I live in Virginia, but working in the area, I couldn't have stumbled onto a better shop for transmission Repair. The prices aren't cheap, but most people don't have transmissions rebuilt every day, but you will not find a better job for a fair price. I would recommend the shop to anyone in the area.
