Customer service was fantastic and the atmosphere is good, yet the place seems it cannot handle a crowd.
We waited at our table so long that we really should've left.
Appetizers came out with the entree and everything tasted fine, but I couldn't justify those prices.
Glad I wasn't paying...

Glendale W.V. Perkins is the best in our whole city.   The food always taste fresh and cooked perfect.  Everything is clean and every staff member is friendly. 
The Perkins on National Road is terrible and I will never go to that one again.  Glendale is everything advertised

Our service was great. There was a large selection of meals. Our food was delicious and the presentation was appealing. The restaurant was clean and atmosphere, cheerful and warm.

Most of the times we are upset with the food. Under cooked. Or brunt.  Service is good. Cooks need retraining..
