Horrible service department. Charged us almost $900 when we went to get the truck, but told us it was $470 on the phone. The truck has less than 100,000 miles on it that we bought it new still stalls when making turns.. Would not be upset if we had to pay the price we were told. But paying $900 for no resolution whatsoever that's pretty hard to swing for a young family of 4... And now having to find another mechanic to fix the problem.. So ridiculous.. Will never buy a Ford again.. And definitely will not be taking our truck to be serviced there again.. AND why can't a dealership tell you definitively what's wrong with you Ford vehicle!
