We loved our visit here! Came on a hot August 90 degree 2 adults 2 teen boys. Truly a hidden treasure with so much to see. There was only one other couple there the entire time we were visiting. The official guy that worked in the office seemed annoyed with our presence. I went up later to ask him a question and I guess with the huge influx of visitors he didn't have the time to offer. However the ground keeper was a wealth of information and very gracious. If not for him we would have had no questions answered. He deserves a raise or a promotion! Multi-tasking on his riding mower 💪🏼

I went on two tours the first one was very informative and entertaining and it's very casual place they were not like a museum where you can explore look obviously there certain things you couldn't touch and then later that night I went to a concert tour it was more like a candlelit service with beautiful very creepy I would recommend not doing this if you are scared of ghosts like myself I would like to thank my tour guide he was great also very friendly

Very little shade, so bring sunscreen. Bug repellent would be good, but not necessary. A great historic site, and worth visiting again.

A very interesting historic sight, right next to Philadelphia airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived on a day when they are closed and thought we'd just be able to swe if feom yhe outside, but the person staffing the place said that if we were willing to pay the usual admission fee, we were welcome to go inside. It was fantastic and we had the qhile place to ourselves, well worth a visit.
