We went to this location to have our fingerprints taken for a legal (last)name change and the officers we interacted with were beyond courteous and kind. Both my husband and I were so grateful to have chosen this location to have this done they were some of the most helpful and sincere, genuinely kind-hearted people we've had the pleasure of working with. Sometimes working with law enforcement can be somewhat nerve wrecking, even when it's just to do something like this where it's a documentation/legal paperwork issue. I think the anxiety-causing factor doesn't help when you come into an office where the mood is just so harsh and aggressive, (which IS understandable considering the officers' line of work,)... but these officers were just so kind and personable, and went above and beyond for not only my husband and I but also to my one year old daughter, too: one of the officers named Jonathan came out and actually gave her a police badge sticker for her little coat and a plush stuffed animal fish just to make her smile and give her a nice experience... I can't tell you how much that makes my heart swell, having someone be so kind and lovely to my child, not to mention take such a nice day to show her what good people police officers are. The whole thing was honestly very touching and totally restored my faith in the good people of law inforcement, and with all the "bad" that you see on the news, it was so wonderful to have such a beautiful experience and that these good men and women are not only exceptional at doing their jobs , but they also show the example to the people (and their children) they protect that the police are just incredible protectors of the community. These officers without a doubt will be a positive light on an often misjudged group of incredible individuals, and we can't thank you enough for that.
