Haven't had mail delivery in 3 days!  Small packages, letters and important documents were mailed over 10 and 12 days ago!  What's up with that?  Cannot get anyone to answer phone at your facility!  Who do I complain to next?  Seems so many experience the exact same poor service.  Does anyone care?

I really wish zero stars was an option for this crew.  I constantly have incorrectly delivered mail at my house that I need to give them back.  Packages are dropped off for addresses on entirely different streets.  When a box is incorrectly delivered it takes them days to come back and remove it, that's if I don't give up and deliver it myself.  It obvious that no one takes any responsibility for accuracy or timeliness of delivery.  I call the post office and its always busy, I call customer service and they open cases but it takes forever for them to acknowledge and fix.  I started calling the district consumer affairs line to complain, I suggest others do the same.

Frustrated!  Previously had a package never show up, called and they could not locate it. Had to order and pay for the item again. They would take no responsibility. Mail delivery is sporadic and often late. Received tracking notifications that delivery of two packages was attempted at 10:14 PM on a Thursday night.  NO ONE came to the door and there was no notice left.  Not only were the packages not delivered, no regular mail delivered.  And, no one will answer the phone at the Fort Mill Post Office!  Absolutely terrible service!

Mail carrier came down street.  Truck was 3.5 feet behind my mailbox, and she decided just not to pick up or deliver my mail.  I ran down the street to give her things, as I work out of my home and there were important things to be picked up.  She said if the mailbox was blocked at all, she didn't have to pick anything up or deliver anything. Are you kidding me? This is why postal service is an oxymoron. I understand if the box is blocked and she can't get to it. But to take a step out of the truck to reach the box is not in her job description?

I live in an apartment, and I'm constantly finding other people's mail in my box. Considering that I've had about half a dozen important letters in the past year never arrive, I'd say there's a pretty good chance they're misplacing mine as well. They also frequently fold letters and packages to shove them in my box and smash all of my other mail. They could leave a package in the office or in one of the big boxes near the bottom (that they never utilize for some reason), but they'd rather just destroy people's property instead. It's like you have to be incompetent to work at this office.
