Reviews
Plagued by "delivery attempted business closed" in the middle of the day during normal business hours. Its like driver are too lazy to do their job so they just go nap somewhere and mark their deliveries as undeliverable. I could drive and get my packages myself and be more efficient. Rarely have issues at my home address with that USPS, this office's driver are significantly less dependable. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Frustrated! Previously had a package never show up, on three different occasions called and they could not locate it. Tracking number says it was delivered but it was never delivered. Mail delivery is sporadic and often late. NO ONE came to the door and there was no notice left. Not only were the packages not delivered. And, no one will answer the phone at the Fort Mill Post Office! Absolutely terrible service! This location is the worse at delivering mail!

Flat Rate Medium sized box tracking says it was delivered and it wasn't. How is THAT supposed to be guaranteed tracking when the mail carriers aren't recording the truth? Called the post office and no answer, no answer, busy, busy, busy. That leads me to believe I am not the only person calling to complain! Finally got thru - on hold now for 30 minutes!

I called to figure out where my mail is and got no answer about four times. The fifth time I called the lady said hold on and I sat on hold for over 10 minutes. No one addressed me again and then when I called back several times I got no answer and the last time I called all of a sudden it started saying ‘user busy’. Rude staff. I just want to know where my mail is?! If I could rate no stars then I would. Awful service.

They will leave packages out in the open where weather can damage instead of at the door under the protection of the porch. I have also had packages where the tracking says “receptical blocked, notice left to reschedule delivery;” and I was pulling in the driveway and saw the mail carrier parked at my mail box. The reasons for not delivering my package were a total lie.
