Small and clean.nice sites. No pool. Small playground for kids. Has a dog park but was a bit smelly which is to be expected. Nice if they could hose it down daily. Biggest drawback is the 5-6 trains that go next to the campground blowing the train whistle. Did not sleep well because of that. Neighbor was inconsiderate by smoking a cigar several times in the evening causing us to close up the windows and use A/C. Wish KOA could have a better smoking policy. They have strict rules for pets but not for smokers. Will not be back.

Good campground for someone looking for a night or two on your way to somewhere else. Very small, no amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. The area all around the campground is bad. Poor and doesn't look very safe with a large homeless population. Not the ideal vacation spot.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean grounds and felt quit secure. Great location for our purposes. Some may not like the trains that roll by tooting but I for one loved it.

Kind of tight spots, yet nice spot to stay. Near the ocean beaches and if you have dogs check out Walton beach! Laundry and showers on site

If I could give a zero star I would!!! It looks like a parking lot someone converted into a camp ground to make money! Certainly not the KOA pride of the past!!!! No Trees!!! No ameniites!!!! Right off a highway!!! Terrible location, terrible lot, very close to each and looks like a homeless camp with tents on top of each other!
