Have been going to this gym for over six months and couldn't be happier. Pleased with Sarah the owner, who is always friendly and helpful. Membership is $40/mo with no contract, 24 hours a day, all classes included. She also offers small group personal where you can share the cost with other members. LOVE IT!

This gym has all you need. Sarah is by far the most knowledgeable trainer I have worked with. She listens, puts together plans that not only are easily incorporated into a busy life, but also give you the results you have been looking for. No gimmicks. No up-sales. Just great training. She provides comprehensive, well-rounded, safe and FUN training plans that will be habit forming for years! The gym is clean, well-kept and stocked with the necessary equipment and space for all types of training! The ease of access and the superior customer service from Sarah and her team cannot be beat. I could not recommend this gym high enough! It will make you LOVE working out!!

Do you know the encouragement you feel being around someone that is living their dream?  That is what you will encounter when you meet Sarah G. at Foundation Fitness.  Her passion is helping people learn how to use their bodies to gain optimal strength and health.

I've never had a trainer before and am so glad I met Sarah.  She listens to my needs/concerns and works with my chiropractor to make sure the workouts are helpful for my goals.

Sarah is the full package - she has the knowledge, the resources, and the compassion.  Her customer service skills are above and beyond what I ever imagined and am so very thankful for her genuine concern for me and my goals.

I really enjoy everything about Foundation Fitness.  The gym has all the equipment I need and since it is open 24 hours, I can go whenever I need to.  It is a smaller gym but that allows for a super friendly atmosphere where the owner/trainer Sarah knows everybody personally. She is super friendly and always willing to help you with any concerns or questions you might have. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I also really enjoy the yoga and Pilates classes that come with the gym membership. The classes are great for all levels and allow a good workout. Highly recommend this gym!

A membership at Foundation Fitness Briarcliff is an excellent value. Reasonably priced with outstanding amenities. Great location -- friendly, clean, well-equipped facility. Excellent classes available as well as professional personal instruction.

Sarah, who owns the business, is outstanding in every respect.She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging in working with clients. I highly recommend Sarah and her business.
