Our Vision

Foundation Hair Studio is a team of leading hair professionals dedicated to quality service. Our team members are recognized as industry experts committed to creating the perfect style for each and every one of our guests. Owners Ann Le and Heather Rudloff combine for a total of 23 years of industry experience and are dedicated to providing world class talented stylists and colorists for Foundation guests. The vision of Foundation Hair Studio is for all guests to enjoy a pleasurable experience and to realize the unsurpassed talent of each and every one of our stylists.

Our Education

One way Foundation strives to make our vision a reality is through excellent product and hair care knowledge. On any given day you’ll find our stylists using the most up-to-date, cutting edge techniques (literally). Of course, flawless hair color that reflects each guest’s individuality, desire and personality can’t possibly be achieved by simply mixing a few colors and calling it a day. Advanced techniques designed to pull these looks off have been learned not only through continuing education, but most importantly through real world application. Each year we spend multiple days and sometimes even weeks furthering our education so you, our guests, can reap the benefits. But to be honest, when you love what you do “continuing education” doesn’t feel like that at all. It’s more like fine tuning our talents so you can look your best.
