Just left here and my daughter (the redhead with gold nails) is extremely happy! She really appreciates her nail tech asking her questions before just proceeding! They're all extremely courteous and professional! We will definitely be back!

I got my nails done here and the ladies were professional and absolutely wonderful. My nails were exceptional.... absolutely love them.

I wouldve loved to give this salon a 5 star, but I can't. I always like to support B.O.B's but first someone's time is valuable and I really felt like my time was not considered. I showed up 15 mins before the salon opened and the owner showed up 1 hour late, me and several other customers waited in our cars until they opened. Without much of a proper sorry, or explanation. I ended up getting a gel manicure this was on Saturday, today is only Thursday and my nails look awful, I really feel like she could have done a better job. Unfortunately,  I will not be back.
