I live and work in Kzoo, broke down while passing through on the highway.  I tried to swap out the alternator myself and botched the job, rounding off a seized bolt, turning a straightforward repair into a goat rodeo. I threw myself at their mercy, and they put their integrity on full display, did not take advantage of the situation, and expertly resolved the problem within the very reasonable estimate provided -- the real bonus is when you have a unique problem, a shop like Fountain Auto with the experience (Kudos Chris) and the right equipment will keep your labor charge down by attacking the problem as efficiently as possible, and you drive off the lot knowing someone who knows what the hell they're doing serviced your car.  Big thumbs up from someone in a tight spot!

Great work!  I think that many places can do great work, but the test is when something goes wrong.  Something recently went wrong with their work, and they stood behind it 100%.  That is how to earn a customer.
