Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. We have used this specific Meineke for years, even under Jason as the manager and never had an issue UNTIL NOW. Took our car in just for some new back brakes and then told our water pump was cracked, okay, still no big deal. Friday morning at 9, was told it would be a 5 hour job. My husband called after 5 hours and they said by the end of the day. Told my husband he could come by at 530. My son dropped him off to get the car and they said it wasn't quite ready (I then had to go pick up my husband) and Jason said they open at 8 a.m. and it would be ready for pick up by 9.  Got there at 11:15 a.m. Saturday and Jason said 45 more minutes. We walked around, came back at noon and found out THEN that they broke something on our car and would have it back by then end of the day (5pm). My husband called again at 4 p.m. and Jason said he planned on having it back to us by 5 and would call (by this time Jason said he would give us a discount for our troubles)....NEVER CALLED. They are closed Sunday.  Monday morning, never heard from Jason, had to call HIM AGAIN. Now the truth had come out, a new employee had broke a piece in our car and they were going to tow it to Ford because they could not fix it.  On Tuesday we called Ford (North and South) and no one had our car. Called Meineke AGAIN and were told it went to Springs Auto. Also, their insurance company had to get involved (Liberty Mutual) because the F**K up was that bad.  We then were told we had to get our own rental car and when our car was done, they would write us a check. Here it is the 17th, 9 days later and the car is ready to be picked up.  And NOW, no discount for our troubles and inconvenience.  No free oil change NOTHING. You Jason are a total A-HOLE and we will NEVER, EVER be doing business there and I will let people know to NEVER go there. WORST experience with a mechanic EVER. P.S. Called Corporate 2 times, NEVER RESPONDED. No phone call, nothing.  Even if they reply, it's horsesh*it and they will do nothing for you.

Has parking and the people are very nice. Really goes out of the way to satisfy the customer. Great guys.

The just screwed my 19 year old daughter. Conned her into paying double for a small repair. Only a fool would take their vehicle to Jason and Meineke in Fountain. Pathetic

Will not return. I was told I needed an air filter. Which I had just replaced so I declined. The next day my car began to stall out. Turn out they completely disconnected my air filter. I then called to speak with a manager and was hung up on. I normally get my oil changed for free at my dealer but I didn't have time to go up there. Definitely will learn to make time for them after this experience
