After going to other shops to try and get my daughters vehicle back on  road. They have me the best quote and didn't do anything on the vehicle without calling to make sure we were okay with it first. My daughter drove the truck all the way back to North Carolina with no problems. I think it runs better now then when we bought it.

Great staff and extremely helpful. These folks are honest and aren't looking to take advantage of people. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this shop if you want quality, honest work at a good price.

I can't say enough great things about Cory and his wife Rose that work at Jackson automotive!  I am from New Mexico and was stranded there after picking up a trailer that broke my Toyota and set off every indicator light. Cory stayed overnight to fix not only my vehicle but my trailer so I could get home safely!! The icing on the cake is he tried to dramatically under charge me even though I knew the amount of time his Time was worth so much more. I have never paid a mechanic more than what he was going to charge me but I had to because it was the right thing to do, and I work at a car dealership in Albuquerque! I literally can't say enough about how thankful I am for these people and how great they really are! If I lived in Fountain I would never use another mechanic! Thank you guys so much again!!!!!

I never rate on Google because anecdotes are rarely representative however my two encounters with the friendly folks at Jackson Automotive warrant recognition.  The front end staff are friendly, helpful and very professional.  The mechanical work is high quality and priced fairly.  Mr. Jackson seems very trustworthy and his business ethics are unsurpassed.  One of the finest mechanics and overall small businesses that I have ever patronized.  Highly recommended!!!

We had 5 vehicles loaded with 5 dogs and luggage. We were about to begin our move to California and noticed a bad wobble on my jeep. We have time restraints on this move and a close schedule. It would have been terrible to lose a whole day but I thought that's what would happen. I stopped by 2 shops before Jackson... both were not able to complete the work or even have time to look at jeep. I took to Jackson, the staff was very friendly. They tracked down the part needed for my jeep and worked after hours to get it done and get me back on the road! I was very impressed! Great service at a great price! I highly recommend!
