I wrote a longer review on Yelp, however the essence of what I want to say, is that Dr Lori Scarlett and her team are the very best. Their compassion, skill, and loving care for my animals and for me, "the Mom," is above and beyond. I rarely offer 5 stars for anything, but they deserve this recognition. I highly recommend them and have been very pleased with their care of my dog and my kitty. Nan C.

My animals are medically and personally cared for with Dr. Scarlett and her team. Dr. Scarlett always takes the time to explain things to me and answers every question. She listens to us when we explain what we can and can't do financially and philosophically for our animals and she never makes me feel bad. She always provides all options: The most we can do, a secondary level, and sometimes a bare minimum level. She explains the implications of all choices to make sure we are informed and we are choosing the best solution for our pet. What I really love is the personal care for each pet. When I walk in to the office there's a sign to greet me and my pet. The technicians know my dogs and my animals don't act scared to go there. They seem to know that everyone on that team treats them with kindness. The team does what they can to lower stress levels of all pets that go there. Something i'm most impressed about is that Dr. Scarlett always follows up a procedure of an illness visit with a follow up email. She always checks in to see how my pet is doing. Then when one of my pets has an issue, I can email Dr. Scarlett with photos or videos and she is responsive. Sometimes she will say bring them in right away or she may say, that's fine and normal they don't need to come in. Dr. Scarlett helped me say goodbye to my beautiful boy Klyde and she has helped us welcome our new dog Fischer. She is now caring for with love and gentleness or old girl Chloe and our sweet cat Iris. Thank you Dr. Scarlett and team for being kind, informative, gentle, and loving to our sweet animal family. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

I took my dog to this vet on 8-15-17. She was due for vaccinations and she also had a skin rash. I had signed up for the free vaccination program for $64. Vaccinations were free with this program as long as you vaccinated your dog within 30 days of due date before or after. My appt was cancelled by them. When I could afford it again it was past that 30 days and they made me pay for it. They didn't care that THEY were the ones that cancelled on me. The explanation I got was, "Well, um!" The vet could not diagnose my dogs skin rash. She was given expensive antibiotics and anti-itch meds. Today is 9-3-17 and below is what my dogs skin looks like. Do I take her back to that vet and see what she says? I don't want to pay more money for something I already paid for. Or do I just write this vet off and take her to one that is competent? I should also mention that I took my previous dog to this vet when she had a skin rash as well. And, again, the vet could not diagnose what was wrong.

Dr.Scarlet and her staff are very caring and compassionate. Rosie the Ridgeback loves them!
