The staff was very courteous and I felt very welcomed.  The person at the front desk Debbie Depass is excellent.  She always made us feel welcomed when we entered and the staff for valet were also very nice too.  The restaurant leaves much to desire.  No one was at the restaurant for a period of time when I went to sit at the bar to have some dinner.  It was around 8 p.m. on a weekday.  The food was not good but I will still give this hotel a 4 star because I was not there for the restaurant.  The room was clean, the linen was clean and so was the bathroom.  The cleaning staff does a great job.  Definitely will stay there again next time I am in Florida.

Room is small but fashion. Pretty conscience for travel to Miami. When I check in, the girl helped me a lot. But after I check out, I left my charger in the room, call back after one hour but they said they did not see it even I told them the exact location? Who took it? Also, parking is expensive in that area.

The hotel is ok, except that they over charged us during Hurrican Irma and never answered my request of explanation.
While we were stuck there an extra night for obvious raison, the price of the room doubled, because it was last minute reservation.That wasn't our choice to stay there longer, especially with no AC, no electricity, no food and pay twice the price??!! That's not a good thing to take advantage of people in distress, for such a big group. I've been writing 2 times and no answer. I definitely won't recommend this hotel, for the terrible customer service.

Comfortable rooms and beds, good staff at front desk, parking and restaurant. Appreciated the availability of coffee, breakfast at reasonable prices, beer bar and dinner.

Very nice rooms. The front desk staff were very nice.  My only complaint was that the restaurant was terrible. Very limited options on the menu. The main bartender must  have been having a bad week. The first bartender I had on Sunday, Tanya, was lovely but she was only part time. The main bartender Kevin  had  no time to waste on me. That would have been ok if the menu was robust. But that wasn’t the case. 
I wouldn’t stay there again. I enjoy a good hotel restaurant and room  service. You shouldn’t have to leave your hotel to get good food.
