Close to Coconut Grove. No phones in room. Bed was outdated and a bit rigid. This is a place to just crash for the night. We stayed in Key Largo for the same price as this 1 night stay. There is no pool. No gym. No breakfast. Free parking and Free WiFi, that is it. So if you looking for a place to sleep this is it. If you like fancy fancy not for you.

Located near busy street that is very loud if you decide to eat breakfast outside. The rooms bathroom has a door but the sink was outside of it which did not provide much privacy. The room smelled of mold. The TV did not work and when the worker came to check, he changed the batteries to the remote but it still did not work so he said he would come back but never did. Most important of all, no greeting was given upon arrival as if it were a nuisance. Not recommended for this price per night.

For the price and location is good. 
It's not to clean.
The curtains need to be washed and repaired.
I used to buy food in the supermarket and cook in the oven and use the fridge.

Great place. Rooms were very clean, the staff was amazing, and even the breakfast was good. Highly recommend!

The only positive things I could say about the place was that it was very cheap and the AC worked. Otherwise, I was given the key to someone else's room when I checked in, the rooms were Spartan, and the free breakfast included a moldy bagel and I believe there were cereal options.
