This was not the worst massage I've ever received, but certainly not the best.There was no communication before the massage about if there were any areas I wanted him to focus on. During the massage they don't use sheets to drape over you like they should, just bath towels. The rooms do not have doors, only curtains, so you can hear what is going on in the rest of the rooms. Definitely not a relaxing experience. It wasn't actually a "beauty spa" as advertised. Just an apartment divided up with small massage rooms. My back is painful today, because he was pounding on it. He briefly used hot stones on my back, which he didn't say he was going to do. He just put them on with no warning, so it was more unexpected and painful than relaxing. I tipped 20% of the value of the massage, and they told me I had to do more and wouldn't let me leave. So I gave the guy him more money, when honestly tip amounts should be voluntary, and it wasn't a great experience. Definitely would never go here again. Was supposed to be a relaxing experience, and the whole thing was just really stressful.

Not the most relaxing of environments...drywall semi partitions between massage tables so i heard someone else when they came in. But the massage itself was great!

Don't like to be told to leave a tip and how much to leave for a massage. Tipping should be private and not discussed

Welcoming, no frills, and if you get the right masseuse, magical. Since personnel rotates you have to sample, unless you read this now (Feb 26, 2017) and can book a time with Lili. Superb.

My feet were tired so I went in for a 30 minute reflexology and it was fabulous. It was so good I had them work on my back for another 30 minutes. I had no idea how jacked up I was until I felt the relief afterwards. I will return. Clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, just good service and good prices. I didn't even call ahead, I just walked by and decided to stop.
