Both times the manicurist told me my toes were dry and both times she was wrong! It wasn't crowded so I don't know what the rush was. It's very clean and serene but then so is my house so I didn't go there for that. I went there for a professional manicure/pedicure and paid a lot--expected much more than I got. And the fingernail polish started chipping off my natural nails after one day. Normally I would have given an even lower rating but the manager did offer to redo. But who has time for that? Disappointed.

We went here on a Monday morning as walk-ins to get a mani/pedi. There was no-one else here and only 1 other person came in during the 1.5 hours we were here. The lady tried to upsell us to the deluxe pedicure as "you get nothing with the normal one" - implying that there was no scrub etc unless we went deluxe. The ladies were polite but one was very pushy, and (pretended?) not to understand me when I asked if there was a discount for two deluxe treatments - there wasn't. As a treat I agreed to do the deluxe - and it was indeed lovely. There were wraps for our legs/feet, scrubs, and a ten min leg massage. The manicure was decent though mine did chip after only a few days. However what really disappointed us was the treatment we received at the end regarding the tip. After paying $160+ for two mani/pedis, we gave a tip (10%) and were told "sorry, but you have to pay 20% service". This is not written anywhere as a compulsory charge, and a tip is meant to be for good service. After upselling us from a $25 pedi to a $65 one, you should be pleased for the extra custom and not demand extra tip. We paid a bit extra and left with disappointment at the final treatment. Personally I wouldn't go back after being treated like that, but the nails were nice, and the place was clean/tidy.
