The worst place! I wonder who’s the owner. How come you don’t see what your employees doing?! They always on the phones! ALWAYS! You can come and say I have an appointment and she doesn’t even know what you came for. Just say you do Brazilian and she’ll do it for you. For the first time I came there she said tip is not included. I understand you need money but come on! I’m like ok, but next time I came she was on a phone during my treatment! She said it’s about business I pretended I don’t understand what she’s talking about but she wasn’t talking about business at all! She was talking to her boyfriend or husband or lover, whoever he is. Can’t wait when my year is gonna be over. I’m surprised some people give 5 stars to this place. She doesn’t even clean my underarms with napkins! Ones I did it myself and she said Yeah you should clean it before treatment. Usually I’m nice but I’m about to curse her out to be honest. So UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. And you can’t even make an appointment cause nobody answer the phone I think it’s because they busy playing or texting or talking on their cellphones. DONT GO! Save your money and time.

This is possibly one of the most unprofessional places I've ever been and I'm in the process of trying to get at least half my money back so I can continue treatment elsewhere. Yesterday was the first time out of 4 that I've gone prior to my appt time and not had to wait. I have waited a solid 45 minutes for my appt before because they overbook a lot. It's usually first come first serve regardless of your appt time. I'm usually very annoyed by this. The technician is also usually VERY unprofessional. This place consists of a waiting area with a few seats, and the owners desk and a door to the laser room next to that. I usually have an issue with the technician because she tends to walk in and out of the room... mind you, I'm pretty much naked for treatment. I've told her she can't do that to me, but it hasn't changed. Yesterday after treatment she just told me to stand behind the door so she could walk out since the owner wasn't in the waiting area. My issue, and any female reading this should understand where I'm coming from, is that when I took off my dress, she watched me and then said: "I see you're putting on weight for summer." I said, "excuse me?" And she goes, "everyone eats too much in the summer and gains weight...." Truthfully, I don't want to go back and finish my treatment with this woman. If there's a way to get a refund or a partial refund, I would buy another set of removal from another, more professional company because that was the final straw. You can't say something like that... it's NOT right. Save yourself of the hassle of getting through Times Square too. The area is just too horrible to get through the tourists in the few blocks from the NQR to the office building this place is in.

It was my first time visiting Time Square Laser. I was referred by a friend who raved about it. I ended up buying a one year package and after 3 sessions I already notice results. The staff and technicians were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended this place.

I've been here twice. They definitely have good prices and gorgeous spa very clean and unique . The lady was very nice when she greeted me at the spa, great service !!Amazing place
