I have used this carwash for my work truck too many times to count in the past several years and have had very good experiences. The company I work for has an account there as well. Today however the kid working there refused to wash my truck because I had “too many big chunks of mud on it”
He said I needed to “go rinse it off with a hose and bring it back if you want us to wash it” 
Really?? I understand you can’t run a bunch of mud through a carwash without creating an issue, but I’m pretty sure It wasn’t that muddy. (Take a look at the picture) Pretty disappointed in that kids attitude and lack of politeness.

Not impressed with all of the spots & streaks left on my vehicle. I paid for the $14 Gold service wash & received a $5 wash at best!! Disappointing since I live in town & the convenience of a car wash like this would have been wonderful for this busy mom! I gave 2 stars because the kid who helped me was very nice & the wash did do some of its job.

I'm usually a regular customer, even worked here for a bit of time, but today I was kind of appalled by this business' actions. I was sitting outside dutch Bros ordering coffee for my girlfriend and I when this employee out of the blue comes out and starts dead staring at me for about 4 minutes. He only left when I took the picture. I called them to see what the deal was and they played dumb. Do not spend your money here.

I like taking my truck here. 
 I just wish they cleaned my truck a Lil better with outside brushes before it goes thru wash.   It's frustrating to pay to have it washed , tip well, and leave with truck still dirty in spots.  #platniumwash

A self-service car wash that takes credit cards. Clean and well lit for a late-night car wash before returning a rental car. The vacuums could be a bit stronger or have the filters cleaned more often.
