I was paying $39.99 a month to be a part of their wash club. After showing up and finding their vacuums closed for the day before they had actually closed I have decided to take my business elsewhere. If the sign says open then all services should be available. If that means someone staying to shut down the vacuums after hours then so be it. This along with the fact that no one dries the cars by hand after a wash just makes me frustrated with the whole place.

Overpriced for a do it yourself place. Machine took my money and didnt work. No attendant was on duty
