Just got my car detailed by him today. My boyfriend said it looks immaculate. Let me tell you, my seats were TRASHED prior to him detailing. I will definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

After a friend's dog threw up all over the passenger door, seat, and floor of my brand new vehicle I came to Willie in a bit of a panic. He quoted a very reasonable price and fit me in on short notice. There is no evidence that anything happened. All the nooks and crannies around the door and window lock controls are free of debris, the floor is spotless, the seat is like new. He also said if I did find anything he missed or the smell wasn't completely eliminated, to return and he would take care of it. I will absolutely be back to have him detail in the future.

Willie did a phenomenal job detailing my car and engine.  It is sparkling clean and looks amazing!  I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back, for its next spa treatment!

Willie has been taking care of my rigs for several years. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He really takes pride in his work and it shows in the excellence of his work. Once I had left my sun roof open and it rained and stained the fabric roof. One call to Willie and a couple hours later he had the stain gone. I have referred several friends to Willie and they continue to use him as well. If you want a top notch job then I highly recommend Rugged Cross.
