Frankly this is one of the very finest hotels I have stayed at anywhere in the world. My room was huge and very comfortable, with every amenity imaginable (plus some I hadn't previously imagined nor experienced!). My room faced west towards downtown and the Rocky Mountains beyond... each morning I was greeted by sun-painted, snow-topped mountains in the distance... such a beautiful and inspiring way to start each day. A wonderful week-long stay, and I will absolutely return!

Fantastic. The staff is friendly. The amenities are fantastic. We got a suite for our anniversary and it had some lovely features including separate bathrooms with heated floors, two rainfall showers, one Roman bath, a lovely living room with a 50' TV, plenty of closet space and comfortable bed. Like all hotels, the mini bar is expensive, but it's well stocked with high quality items so there's a better value there. We forgot some personal grooming items and the hotel provided replacements at no charge. The Edge restaurant was also very good.

This hotel is a short 2 block walk to the Convention Center. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful and the free afternoon cookies was a nice touch. Had the pleasure of being welcome by Ryan at the door. He was pleasant and courteous. Jennifer, checking us in, was also wonderful. She was knowledgable of the hotel and the service hours. The location is two blocks away to the shopping area, 16th street, that has a free bus that goes back and forth. We didn't utilize their house car, but they certainly had one. Used their spa and facilities on the 3rd level. Outdoor heated hot tub and pool. Expansive fitness facility. Amanda checking us out was gracious and polite.

One of my go to places to watch the game. Their duck wings are amazing! You can't go wrong with the bar menu. Staff is very attentive, management is on point.
