NEVER STAY HERE ! They do not know what the hell they are doing in terms of managing a hotel. They charged our card twice. We had to call and demand one of the charges back. I love boutique hotels and often stay in Downtown Denver - but I will NEVER go back here. It's been 2 weeks, we still have 3 charges on our credit card for a one night stay. !!!

Great little spot. Very unique. There is definitely no club quite like it. From the glass ceiling looking up to the 1st floor, to the intimate setting. Wish there was a bit more live music as opposed to DJs though. Would make a great venue for intimate acoustic acts.

Customer Service needs some serious improvement. My husband and I stayed one night for my birthday so that we didn't have to worry about driving home. After checking out and returning home, i realized that i had left a valuable belonging behind by mistake. I knew exactly where i had left it. WITHOUT A DOUBT. I called the hotel to confirm that when housekeeping came in it was recovered. This was not as easy as one would have hoped. I spoke with multiple different employees trying to figure out how we could track down my belonging and each time I was told I would receive a call back once they spoke with "whoever." Every time i had to call back to get an update and most times i had to re hash the situation. At one point i would told the Manger Lance would give me a call once he was in later that day. Once again i had to reach out and at that point i was told that he was in, however he said he didn't have time to call me because he was going to the Rockies game. I still have yet to hear from the manager and it has been 3 days at this point. Each time I spoke with someone different and was given a different story on where my belonging could be. And unlimitedly was told that i must be mistaking, since i was in a rush to leave I must have misplaced it somewhere that wasn't on their property..... I take full responsibility for leaving my stuff behind, however, its to bad that the someone working for this hotel seems to have snagged up something that doesn't belong to them and try to point the finger the other way. I know exactly where my item was left but somehow no one else does.

A great place to hangout and dance. The staff is really cool to talk with. The food is great.

My friend had booked the room and upon checking in was told that they had over sold so she was upgraded to the "Champagne Suite" which included a hot tub in the bathroom. The room was gorgeous with a king size bed, plush couch and great patio. Service at the bar was also fabulous!
