BOTTOM LINE UPFRONT--GREAT HOTEL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND to others if they are in the area. Here's my review.... I arrived on Christmas Afternoon.  It was really cold outside but as I entered the hotel I was greeted, WITH A SMILE :) by Chelsey at the front desk. Her smile could light up any room and her professionalism was exceptional. She provided me with options with regards to where to park, local restaurants that were still open and more!! Chelsey, and her colleague Leah, provided me a list of establishments that were still open on Christmas along with their address and phone numbers without me asking and without hesitation! Talk about going above  and beyond for the customers...These two young ladies did just that. Chelsey was very patient with me and answered all of my questions about the hotel and things to do during my stay. And...she did it all with a SMILE! My room was very nice as well. The room was a little smaller than normal but still nice with a MAGNIFICENT view of the downtown area. The hotel has Excellent modern day DECOR. Also, I met another young lady named Petia from Europe. She was very nice and funny as she assisted me with retrieving a new key for me as I locked myself out the room. She was very patient and polite with me as she was multitasking a lot of different things while assisting me as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL if you are in the Denver Area. I can't wait to plan my next trip back to Denver; I'll definitely be staying with the AC Hotel By Marriott in Downtown Denver again!!

Room is small but decor is updated and very modern. We would stay again. Very happy with the level of service

New feel in the hotel. Upscale and European feel. A little cold in the room for liking. Lobby bar and setting area very nice.

The room design was very modern and different than any hotel I had stayed at before. Mostly everything was functional and comfortable, but the mirror facing the bed was akward and the hot water took a long time to warm up. The downtown location was convenient for our business and close to very good restaurants.

The staff here is amazing - they go above and beyond to help you. The rooms are very clean and modern. The room rate was very reasonable as well for a brand new hotel (~115 in December). Will definitely be returning.
