Exceptional service, nicely decorated modern rooms. Great coffee in the lobby. Only drawback is that you do hear the noise from the 101, at least in the room I was in.

Absolutely above and beyond! I have stayed at a couple of 4 seasons and Ritz Carlton's, and this location is definitely the best property I have had the pleasure to enjoy. Very personalized service, all the amenities you could hope for, and Dina even took the extra care to write a Birthday Card for my daughter, who celebrated her 18th birthday. This was my 2nd stay here, and I can honestly say it is my favorite hotel, hands down.

The location isn't all that great, however everything else about this hotel is spot on. The staff are experienced and amazing, while each room has a perfect environment. The location is an issue because you can't get anywhere like downtown or Stanford without driving a car. A better placed hotel like The Westin would work much better, even if their environment isn't as good.

Staff is excellent. The spa at the four seasons is nice. There is a steam room, an outdoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is great

Drinks and light dinner at the bar. Quite good. It would be nice if they had a better beer selection.
