Very nice hotel, great location, clean, nicely furnished rooms. Yes, the rooms are small and i had a view of a beautiful wall, but overall the experience was positive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is poor, but you do get free coffee all day and free wine in the evening.

Reasonable price given the comps in the area. Decent breakfast options. Window faced a two foot wide brick alley, so the view out the window was non-existent. Room was clean and decently appointed, but there was almost no hot water in the morning. Shower wasn't even what I'd call luke warm. Noise from the hallway and upstairs guests could be a little bothersome.

Rooms are the size of a cupboard, lights not functioning and the whole room is very worn out. Certainly not worth the price.

The Rooms are Modern and Clean. They are not the biggest of rooms, however they are clean. The location of the hotel is literally a 2 minute walk to University Avenue where you have a huge variety of restaurants. The staff are all friendly and always willing to chat with you at any time of the night.
