I could not say enough wonderful things about our experience at this park.  The owners are just tremendous and despite another reviewer's experience, incredibly skilled as well as patient while helping us, new RVers, back in our trailer.  I actually learned some nifty tricks we took home with us.  

The park is just pristine.  I have worked in property management before and the level of effort required to have such a beautifully maintained property used by so many people should be commended.  The grass is absolutely perfect, the facilities are all clean and well maintained. 

Our toilet broke while we were here and we had to have Amazon ship us a new one.  We were able to receive the package and were even offered tools and assistance should we need any.  Truly service above and beyond. 

The WiFi here is incredible.  My husband and I had to work for part of our stay and we had a perfect connection the entire time.

We will absolutely be back, this was our favorite park yet.  

We did go during the off-season so it was quiet and even in the off season, so incredibly beautiful and well maintained. 

Thank you for a wonderful stay and treating our family so warmly.

This is a wonderful park, run by fantastic people. The owners live on-site and take exceptional care of the park. They have a nice store, laundry, showers, a game room, and there are a couple of cabins available. The view is beautiful here. If you are going to be in Gold Beach or passing through, stay here for a nice, quiet, and relaxing time.

Got here late in the evening and the office was closed. Fortunately, the host was only a call away and directed us to our cabin (a map of the sites on the office door would have been helpful). The cabin was fantastic. Comfortable and big. WiFi, TV, kitchen, full size frig/freezer, stove, and microwave all worked well and lots of outlets to charge all our stuff. Very quite at night and awoke to the sounds of birds chirping. We hope to come back in the future to explore the area more.

My significant other stayed here while working in Gold Beach. The river view was gorgeous and the overall price wasn't bad at all. BUT the owner's bipolar attitude made daily life a little more difficult than it had to be.
