Military personnel: DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR UNIFORMS HERE. I can't promise you will get them back in the same shape that you dropped them off in. So absolutely infuriated with the service here. My husband and I dropped off his military dress uniform to be dry cleaned. When we dropped it off, it had 4 epaulet holders (the little tabs on top of the shoulders to hold the officer rankings). When we got it back it had 3. Ok, mistakes happen, whats the solution? Apparently an insincere sorry, well we can't do anything because we don't have those, and I didn't do the dry cleaning. Ok well #1 you're an agent for the company but sure I get it, you're not the one to blame. How about a refund? Because the 1k+ dress uniform jacket I dropped off is in worse shape than when we dropped it off. Nope, can't have that either. So let me understand: we asked you to be careful of the epaulets, you broke something, you can't fix it and you won't refund my money. Cool.

Great service and fast turn around time. This is now my cleaners and they can do military uniforms.

Not again, my friend. I decided to try Four Son's dry cleaners, as I researched this company I found it offered a convenient location to my home. The staff at this drop off location was very attentive and helpful. When I picked up my THREE items, all except ONE was satisfactory. The shirt in question bleed trim color. This item was NEW and had only been worn once. The attendant returned it to be redone. Upon picking up the second time... new stains had surfaced although some but not all of the bleeding was removed. Again, I asked for the item to be redone. The attendant was processed my request. I received a call, with the following statement: "The shirt will be ruined if we clean it again, her suggestion was that I return the shirt to where I bought it and notify them that the item was miss-marked as dry clean only". this representative needs to know that clothing retail locations will NOT accept items for return that has been worn or cleaned; therefore, not helpful. And no offer of a refund for the cleaning. Hmmm. As a working professional who has 50-75% off my clothing professionally cleaned. Sorry, I will not give Four Brothers my business. You decide for yourself - I just hope it does not cost you an expensive shirt in the process

I grew up in Tarrytown and know the family that owns this business and the pharmacy and drug store so I might be jaded. They have serviced the west Austin community since the early 50's. I and my family have used this location of Four Sons' for years and have always been happy with the work and service. They are dedicated to getting it right and making it right if you have a problem. For the area, very reasonable prices. The manager Linda is very personable. Keep it up 4 sons'.
