Cold water in all cycles, not for me.

This is a horrible laundry mat! The owner put in a system where you have to deposit $1 non refundable just for a laundry card, and then put in money to the card for your load. If you have spare money in the card, the owner doesn't refund it back. I've spoken to him to ask for my money and he's very disrespectful. He said, "There are no refunds. Do you know how many people come here and ask for their money back??" WTF! They ask for their money back b/c it's rightfully theirs! I've never heard of such a thing. If I go to Kinko's, which also requires a card, they actually refund your money back regardless of what is in the card. This owner is UNETHICAL and quite frankly really doesn't care what his customers think.

think the place is great it has new machines, its washes the clothes better they have big dryers, so you can dry a lot of clothes all at once, as far as the card service they refund you the deposit on the card which is a dollar most of the time people just put what they are using on the card to do there laundry if this woman has a hard time trying to figure out what she has to spend maybe she should use a calculator i have never had a problem with this place i think they are ahead of the times and some people arent prepared for it . Keep up the good work Go Green
