Do you have to pay a tailor for fixing your clothing again? Today I went back to this place and asked a tailor to fix a pair of my new jeans again to match another but she said I would have to pay again. She measured 2 of these jeans that I brought in for the first time to shorten these lengths at inseam and then she realized that they're different lengths that she tailored. One is 30" and another is 33." She pointed out that because "I train with her, I agree with her." I think that means when I put these on in a dressing room, I showed her where I wanted her to cut and she marked lines with pins or chalk. But I didnt realize that what lines she marked were not matched for each of these pairs. Or I didnt tell her to match both at the same lengths. Then I told her that I would take it to another tailor for more cheap and she just said sorry. She is just not being nice. There is a sign on her dry clean store that says "Expert Tailor" but she is unprofessional. I paid $36 for 2 tailored pants but I wont pay $18 again for this fix!

Dear Fanny, my name is Rod and I am the owner of Towns Cleaners. Like always, the customer is right. Please bring me the pants you assume is not well done and it will be my pleasure to redo it with no charge. Thank You Please feel comfortable to tell us if there is a problem, we are professionals.
