Very unprofessional!!!  Went yesterday and waited while other came in and got seen.  Left and called to make an appointment this morning.  Only to get there and was asked to sit in a chair to wait on the tech .  Again, others come and get seen.  The tech comes and asks me what was I getting after I already told them.  He then asks could I give him 15 minuets to do the lady that came after me.  I had an appointment as well so what was the issue today.  Won’t be going back!!!!

I love visiting 4-star Nails! The staff is super kind and they remember your name. I believe the establishment is Family Owned and if you visit enough, you'll be apart of the family too.  Just like any nail shop, they have their busy periods but they never rush through a service. I don't get my eyebrows done EVER but this a POPULAR place to visit for eyebrows and eyelash services. The only reason I gave this establishment a 4/5 is because they don't usually do new nail designs. Rather than that, come and visit! The prices are great and so are the people.

It is clean, quick and friendly. It can suddenly become crowded anytime of the day and any day of the week so make an appointment if you can.

I drive all the way from McLean to get my Manicure and Pedicure done!  I love the service and the kind staff!!!
