Four Winds pub is a long established neighborhood pub and kitchen, located on Sluice Pond....or as we call it, lake Lynnapesaukee!

Story

A very well-kept secret until now! This pub boasts the finest and fun food experience on the North Shore.

In the last 2 years we have transformed into the place where everyone wants to eat!

Best ribs in the area, along with very tasty Burgers, Salmon, Chicken and so much more (See the Menu above)

Excellent burgers and other upscale food. Some gourmet & some excellent bar food. Small waterfront location, Keno and weekend bands in summer. Please note that parking is tricky, the lot is really small (four cars), but there is a pay lot across the street $1 an hour. New owners doing an awesome job!!!

So nice to sit outside on the water. Drinks are good and strong. Servers are suspiciously good looking and generally very young. I might have had one of the most delicious, fish tacos I have ever had! Crispy, fresh - soooo good! The steak taco was great, too! I hear the burgers are good, too. For outdoor seating, this place is worth the trip. Had a fun night with the girls and they tolerated our cackling pretty well!

I don't like what they did with the interior. In addition to an already very limited seating capacity, and a 45+ minutes average wait, they have removed the interior tables to enlarge the bar. No sense. At the end, they have lost around 6 tables and barely won any bar seats, which are always taken for hours anyway. My last few visits I've been quite upset wit the attitude here and sadly, despite the amazing sunsets and awesome views, I don't think I'll return. They clearly favor local patrons over "foreigners" even though we went there at least once a month for a while. It used to be worth the almost 1/2 hour drive. Not anymore.

Our several was very polite and friendly. We went at lunch time and it was busy but the service was fast and the food came out quickly. Both our meals were hot and delicious. Great view

Was not too happy this time. The food & service was great!!! The problem was I wanted to get a pizza to bring home to the kids. I ordered the pulled pork pizza and was told they had no pulled pork so I ordered a different kind and then I was told they didn't have the ingredients to make any pizza.. Unusual for a Saturday....
