The most pushy and aggressive "sales" person i have ever seen.  She asked me 13 times while giving the massage to become a member.  When leaving I received a 3 oz cup  (yes that small) of water.  Never mentioned how I felt - only interested in my money.  Too bad - the massage was actually good.  I'll never go back or recommend them.

Very polite staff that provides amazing treatments- especially deep tissue massages. I go every two weeks and they have helped my back and muscles so much thus far. I have been a customer since March 2016. It’s the best deal around here.

AI have been going to this place for over a year to get my eyelashes done. They are very nice and Jessica does a great work. The last time I was there I was in a rush. I gave Jessica a $10 tip and told her to book me in three weeks for a fill. she told me that I need to pay for the three months again and I told her I didn't have time. JUst book me and I'll call tomorrow and pay. She told me that she couldn't do that and I needed to pay now... I walked out... They called the next day and I didn't pick up the phone. Bad business practice that is intolerable .. I just made an appointment at Amazing lash studio in Warren.....

It was my 3rd time visiting this place for massage and all the time Im being pushed  to buy more specials for my next massage during my massage session. Very disturbing. I did buy a groupon for the first time for this place and I was told 3 times during my session that i can't use it again after today, I know that it was clear at the Groupon Voucher.  
I told the Lady the room is very cold and she did nothing  about it. 
I wouldn't recomend, I would not go back.

Small spa in Warren. The ladies give great massages and the best facial I have ever had. Service is great and many times they will accommodate last minute appointments.
