Story

We're located across the street from South Forsyth Middle School in Cumming, Georgia. Where Old Atlanta Rd. turns into Sharon Rd. We're open from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Saturday.

We can groom your dog by appointment, usually a 2 or 3 hour window or we can keep your pet for the day. We walk your pet at lunchtime and offer them water. We don't cage dry your pet, we hand dry your pet to assure they look their best.

Fran has over 30 years experience grooming, she graduated from the NY School of Dog Grooming. She trains and oversees the staff. Your pet will be in good hands and our staff genuinely cares for your pet. We invite you and your pets to take a tour of our facility and learn more about our family operation and about the many ways we can benefit your pets personality and appearance.

While they have done well in the past, the last couple times have been abysmal for service. Our dog spent 7+ hours there with a rushed hack job grooming. I understand when groomers are new or days that are short staffed things take longer. Unfortunately the lack of consistency as of late, and poor service will have us finding somewhere closer to home.

They do a very good job here. Always treat the dogs well. Paid very close attention to what we wanted with the grooming. Took care of high-strung dogs like they were their own.

I am very dissapointed with Fran and Friends grooming service. We took our yorkie for a regular yorkie grooming we asked them if they can have her ready in three hours and they agreed, when I went to pick up my dog I found my poor dog irreconizeble, she was with no fur left!!!!!! I was in shock since this is the second time they did this!! She has been having grooming every four weeks as usual, her fur was not long at all, I was leaving it to grow for a family picture and now I have to wait again another six months!! I requested my money back and the employee transferred me to the owner, when she transferred me I heard them laugh out loud. The owner rudely  said that she would not  give me my money back bc they did the job, and she said she was sorry she was not there when her staff decided to cut my dogs' fur down to her skin, I told her that for such a dramatic cut they are supposed to call the owner and leave  the owner make the decision. She said again "I am sorry, unhappy customers are very unfortunate but there always gonna be some unhappy customers" well.... I think that is their customer satisfaction policy. Think about it before taking your dog there. My husband also said that he saw two big dogs with leash on in a table unattended!!!

You canNOT beat Fran & Friends for your beloved pet's perfect grooming, with their groomer's extensive knowledge, profound talent, and Fran's stellar customer service, overall. Unbeatable, truly!!
